As all our garments are made to order, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Delivery is subject to payment authorisation and may be affected by adverse weather conditions. Delivery is via Recorded Standard and a signature is required on receipt. We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we do encounter problems, rest assured we will contact you directly.
UK Delivery Costs
UK Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: £4.99 on all orders. Special Delivery: £6.95 at Christmas as we want to ensure you receive your item in time. Usually allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Overseas Delivery Costs
EU: £9.99 - Allow up to 14 working days.
All other destinations: £15.99 - Please allow up to 14 working days.
Delivery charges will only be refunded should you, choose to cancel your entire order before dispatch or if any of the goods are faulty and we have agreed a refund in advance.
Once you have placed your order on line and you have your order confirmation email we are unable to change it. Products can be returned if still in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. All refunds will be credited via original payment type. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. Upon the refund You will receive a confirmation email.
Safe return of the item(s) remains your responsibility until it reaches us. You should keep a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. Unfortunately Emma Brown Tweed cannot cover the cost of returns or provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
In the unlikely event an item you purchased is faulty, we sincerely apologise and advise you to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01572 737029. Please then provide details on how the item is faulty and provide us with your contact details.
